Our event venues are modern, spacious, and equipped to handle today’s latest technological requirements. We even have some unique outdoor spaces that are wonderful for certain events. Our staff is expertly trained to ensure that every logistical and technical aspect of your unique event runs smoothly – from the set up of your meeting room to the proper functioning of your audio visual equipment.
UCLA’s experienced staff of Conference and Sales Managers works with a variety of vendors and support resources to make sure every aspect of your event is a success. From transportation and translators, to arranging golfing excursions and amusement park trips, we work with you to coordinate whatever you need. We also work closely with other UCLA departments to facilitate your program needs — for example, arranging a special class or lecture, to holding a team-building activity on UCLA’s Challenge Course. Carnesale Commons
Carnesale Commons is centrally located within convenient walking distance to the core campus. It offers beautiful meeting spaces, including the 6,700-square foot Palisades Room which features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the campus. Compliant with the UC Policy on Sustainable Practice, the venue proudly holds a LEED Silver certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

Covel Commons
Located in the heart of UCLA’s Sunset Village, Covel Commons offers a variety of versatile meeting spaces, including the nearly 6,000-square foot Grand Horizon Room — a ballroom-style space designed for large meetings and catered events. The Grand Horizon Room is also divisible into seven separate salons, adding to its versatility.

Northwest Campus Auditorium
The 350-seat Northwest Campus Auditorium is particularly well suited for teleconferences, lectures, presentations, forums, and small theatrical performances. It features an 850-square foot stage, a lobby space ideal for receptions and breaks, and professional projection, lighting, and sound booth with high-end capabilities.

De Neve Plaza
Located close to the main campus, De Neve Plaza offers a diverse collection of event spaces. These include the 3,700-square foot Plaza Room — a multi-purpose space that can be divided into two spacious salons. The adjacent 430-seat Lecture Auditorium is masterfully designed to maximize its professional-quality acoustics, lighting, and video capabilities.

UCLA Conferences & Catering has many years of experience in planning and producing all types of events at a variety of historic and unique campus locations. These include historic Royce Hall, Pauley Pavilion, the UCLA Hall of Fame, and the Fowler Museum, just to name a few.
