Dining in one of UCLA’s residential restaurants is sure to be an experience you will enjoy. All meals are self-serve and all-you-care-to-eat. All-you-care-to-eat does not apply to grab-and-go restaurants.
You will be dining in the residential restaurant assigned to your group. You will need your room key/yellow conference card to enter for each meal.
Since you will have already checked out and returned your room key to the front desk, you will be given a “last meal voucher” when you check out if your group is scheduled for lunch. This voucher will allow you entrance into the residential restaurant.
Open daily. Hours of operation are subject to change.
Breakfast: 7 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Dinner: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Hours: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Please visit the UCLA Dining website or your front desk for hours of operation.
Guests with food allergies or special dietary concerns due to medical conditions are encouraged to ask a dining manager in the residential restaurant for more information on recipes, ingredients and food preparation methods.
Check-out is 11 a.m. To avoid late charges, please check out in person and return your room key at your front desk by 11 a.m.
If your schedule requires you to stay past 11 a.m., the front desk can arrange short-term luggage storage with advance notice.
See the note under Dining for information about lunch on your last day.
Your room key/yellow conference card provides entry to the residential restaurants. Please show your card to the dining attendant each time you enter for a meal.
This card also provides complimentary access to UCLA recreational facilities and must be shown at the entrance. It is also required for access to residential buildings.
Please do not lose or misplace your card, as a fee is charged if it is not returned at check-out.
For groups staying longer than seven days, housekeeping staff will clean your room weekly on a designated day. Your room will be vacuumed, dusted, have trash removed and receive a new linen pack unless your group leader has made other arrangements.
To request fresh towels, contact the front desk. Towels will be delivered to your room at a designated time. Contact the front desk for exact delivery times.
All vehicles parked on campus must be registered at all times to avoid citation. Be sure to register your vehicle for every day of your stay, including your check-out day.
You can register at a Pay by Space kiosk in campus parking structures, through the ParkMobile app on your smartphone, or through your conference organization if prior arrangements were made.
Contact your front desk if you have questions about parking.

Laundry equipment is available in each housing facility. To use the machines, guests must register through WASH Connect by downloading the app and add funds via credit or debit card. You must be inside a WASH Connect-enabled laundry room to download the app.
